Connect Your Own Website to Clubtreasurer

If your club or charity has its own website, there’s a good chance someone is manually keeping it in sync with Clubtreasurer — retyping membership numbers into a spreadsheet, updating a “members” page by hand, or maintaining a second copy of billing data somewhere else. It’s tedious, and it’s exactly the kind of thing that quietly falls out of date the moment your volunteer treasurer changes.

We’re previewing a new REST API that solves this properly: a secure, direct connection between your own website and your live Clubtreasurer data.

What it does

• Pulls your member list and full member details straight from Clubtreasurer
• Shows membership types and each member’s current assignments
• Surfaces invoices and balances, for one member or your whole organisation
• Lets your website update a member’s contact details or section directly — no manual re-entry

Built for security, not just convenience

Every organisation gets its own unique credentials, and those credentials can only ever access that organisation’s data — never anyone else’s. It’s the same OAuth2 standard used by major platforms everywhere, so if you already have a developer, they’ll recognise it immediately.

We’re opening this up gradually to a small number of organisations first, so we can make sure it holds up under real-world use before rolling it out to everyone. If you’d like your organisation considered, email support@clubtreasurer.com with “REST API Early Access” in the subject line.

Once you’re onboarded, managing your credentials is entirely self-service, right inside Clubtreasurer — no waiting on us for the day-to-day.
