Transaction Import - Horizontal Scroll Bar

Problem:

When importing transactions, I have to scroll down to the bottom of the import list to use the horizontal scroll bar, so that i can see additional fields (costs codings and membership allocations etc) which don't all fit on the screen at the same time.

It would be helpful if there could be a scroll bar permanently visible, and not dependent upon which part of the import list is visible, so that we don't have to keep scrolling up and down the list to be able to scroll horizontally.

Answer:

you are able to change the number of rows displayed on the page which will reduce the amount of vertical scrolling required.  

The default setting is 1000 rows but if you click the Actions button (top of Draft Rows) > Format > Rows per Page > you can change this setting.  Eg. setting 15 rows will probably display all rows on your visible page with no need to scroll down to see the horizontal bar. 

A couple of points:

• When reducing the number rows, the system will require you to page fwd/back through your rows => Importantly, you must save any changes on each page view before moving to the next view.
• You can save your settings by clicking Actions > Report > Save to create your own private report view.
