Enhanced Member Billing & Statements

We're excited to announce some significant improvements to how your members receive and view their member invoices and statements. 

• 📎 PDF Attachments Now Enabled: All Member Invoices and Statement emails are now sent with a PDF document attached by default. This allows your members to easily download, save or print these for their own records.

  • Status: Enabled for all customers with immediate effect.

• 📑 Improved Layout for Unallocated Receipts and Member Balances: We’ve changed the way Unallocated Receipts and Member Balances appear on documents. Your members can now see a clear trail of their payments and balances, including the date received, the original amount, and the current remaining balance.

  What’s New:

  • Detailed Allocation: Statements now explicitly show how bulk payments or member balances have been allocated against specific billing lines.
  • Clearer Balances: Improved visibility of "leftover" funds not yet applied to an invoice.

• 📧 Updated Sender Identity: To improve email deliverability the "From" address for all member emails is now: member-services@clubtreasurer.com.

  • 💡 Pro Tip on Replies: When a member clicks "Reply," the email will still go directly to you. By default, it uses your Clubtreasurer User Account email.

    Want to use a different address? You can set a custom reply-to email under:

    Setup > My Detail > My Organisations

Extended Member Detail Imports

Our Import Member Records tool now supports Extended Member Details*! You can now map imported data to your custom extended columns for faster record updates.

Please define your extended fields in Membership Setup before importing custom data. If the fields are not yet enabled, imported data will be imported and remain hidden until they are enabled and made visible.

*Extended Member Details allow you to define and record additional information for your members. This feature is highly configurable, enabling you to customise member records to suit your organisation's specific needs.

New Default values for Consent fields in Extended Member Details

You can now save a default value for each custom Consent field defined in the Members > Extended Member Details sections. Select the default value - or none - from the list of values you've defined for each Consent field and this will be applied when creating or importing new members.

Extended Member Details allow you to define and record additional information for your members. This feature is highly configurable, enabling you to customise member records to suit your organisation's specific needs. You can define up to 15 Consent fields for your organisation and each can have its own unique list of values which can be selected for each member.

To set a default Consent field value, navigate to Setup > Membership Setup > Extended Member Details > edit Consents Tab:
