Ability to create survey to email to members for voting

have the ability to create a survey that can be sent to members to cast a vote. for example: Would you as a member be in favor of spending $10,000 dollars to add new lights to the courts. Give them the option choose YES or NO and the submission would be sent back to the software and tally the votes 250 YES or 50 NO
