If you're getting an error message when trying to sign-in saying "We couldn't verify you're not a robot. Please reload this page and try your login again" message please read-on...

=> You are receiving this message from the Google reCaptcha security that has been added to our site.

First off, you can get this error if the login page has been idle for a while before trying to sign-in (~1min) and so refreshing/reloading the page should clear this.

If this doesn't work then please check the following items which can sometimes return 'false positives' (ie. it thinks you are a bot) are not causing the issue:

  • VPNs or shared IPs (especially mobile carrier NATs)
  • Incognito/private mode
  • Ad blockers, script blockers, or privacy extensions
  • Disabled cookies or JavaScript
  • Fast or "unnatural" mouse movements (e.g., keyboard-only navigation)
  • Non-Google browsers

Finally, please note that we have 100s of users per day accessing the site and issues with reCaptcha are rare.
