As someone once wrote: "Don't Panic!"

Taking over someone else's accounts—and learning a new system—can feel overwhelming, but we're here to help you get comfortable using our platform. If you're new to us, be sure to explore our Help and Community section, where you'll find a wealth of useful resources, including FAQs and tutorials, to guide you. And if you ever need assistance, you can always open a Support Ticket through the Support menu in the application. We're just a click away!

Here are some useful Help pages to get you started:
You might also consider booking an Assist session if you want to book a one-to-one training session with us - please see this article for more details about the Assist programme: https://clubtreasurer.com/blog/community/postid/307/

New Setup?
If you are setting up Clubreasurer for the first time you will be asked to complete the Initial Setup process will take you through the minimum configuration steps needed to get Clubtreasurer up and running for your organisation, as well as introducing you to some of the basic concepts and features available to you. This will only take a few minutes and it will help if you have some information to hand about your organisation, eg. address, contact details, etc. You will need to know when you want your accounting to start - or 'cut-over' - in Clubtreasurer and your cash & bank account(s) opening balances as at the cut-over date.

Don't worry if make a mistake during Initial Setup as you can go back to a previous step at any time or you can make corrections in the main "Setup" menu after Initial Setup has completed.

How to set up your User Account?
Please contact your Primary Contact if you need to have a new User Account set up in Clubtreasurer.

In most organisations, the Treasurer is also the Clubtreasurer Primary Contact. The Primary Contact has overall responsibility for managing your organisation account and can perform all Clubtreasurer functions as well as being the main point of contact for system messages, such as renewals and updates. Each organisation must have a single Primary Contact.

Please see this FAQ page about changing the Primary Contact: https://clubtreasurer.com/blog/community/postid/204/
