[Solved] unable to access my account in Clubtreasurer since last upgrade
Since the last upgrade I have been unable to access the data for my Club. I cannot even generate a support ticket. Is anyone else having this problem, If yes how was it resolved

Sorry to hear you are having problems. We've tested your organisation and all seems OK. Reports are running as expected and we have been able to raise a support ticket. Can you provide more details about the specific issue(s) you are having, please, so we can investigate further. (please remember this is a public forum so don't share any sensitive data).

I have had exactly the same problem. I have emailed support@clubtreasurer twice but have had no reply.
I have the same issue. When I tried to logon I was informed I needed to reset my password due to the upgrade. I did this, received the link but then could not log on. I have tried the password reset several times and I am no longer receiving emails. I am now completely locked out.
@billzabme-com - I believe we have your login issues sorted which were unrelated to the password reset. Please let us know if you are still having problems.
After resetting the password I managed to login but I'm getting this error.
ORA-01403: no data found
Contact your application administrator. Details about this incident are available via debug id "152012".
Unfortunately, I still can't access CT. I have emailed Jim, so hopefully we can get it sorted soon.
Hi guys, apologies to some of you who are having problems with the password reset. We've literally had 100s+ of members do this successfully over the last few days - and we've managed to get most of you unsuccessful ones up and running.
The main issue we've seen is that the automated email to reset your password does not get delivered to some email addresses. We are regularly monitoring these and will manually forward them if we spot one (this is why you sometimes receive the email twice or more!). The other issue that has just come to light is that our support@clubtreasurer.com email had stopped receiving emails since the upgrade. This is now working again - but we did miss a couple of messages.
Thanks for bearing up with this. We will get you all back online very soon and please be assured that these update will provide you with increased security via our stricter password policy and even stronger encryption.
As a footnote, we recommend adding Clubtreasurer email addresses to your contacts or safe-lists to improve the chance of receiving essential emails from us. We suggest adding:

- accounts@clubtreasurer.com
- admin@clubtreasurer.com
- info@clubtreasurer.com
