[Solved] Setup County Name should be optional

On the organisation setup section county name is mandatory could this be changed to be optional as many places (eg York or Hull) are Unitary Authorities and do not 'belong' in any county.

Thanks for pointing this out. County/State is no longer a mandatory address field.
