Please open a support ticket from within the application to request a reset. Please let us know if you want to us to do a full reset (ie. remove all transactions and setup) or just your transactions.

On 1st October 2023, we will start a new Financial Year.
I just want to know if there is an easy procedure for doing this?
This is even simpler! Just change your Financial Year-End Date (Nav: Setup>Organisation) and you're done.

Will this process automatically amend the start and finish dates for all the annual repeating funds we have?
