[Solved] How do I manage regular drop-in sessions per week when I don't know which members will turn up?

We hold regular [weekly] drop-in sessions and are unsure which member will turn up each week. How should I bill these?
In your scenario you have 2 options:
- Create your drop-in session as a One-Time membership and use the Mass Membership Assignment. Run this process each week and select only the members that attend that week. This gives you lots of flexibility but will create a separate Payment Plan per member per week, and this may make it difficult to track and manage when there are many.
- Create the drop-in session as a Weekly membership. Use the Mass Membership Assignment for the initial week, as above, and for the following weeks use the Billing Renewals to generate each week's billing. Once the Draft billing lines are generated you can cancel the lines for the members that don't turn up that week. The advantage here is it only creates a single Payment Plan per member.
