[Solved] How can I cancel "One Time" (non-recurring) Membership Assignments and issue a refund.

This quick video tutorial demonstrates how to cancel a One-Time (non-recurring) membership assignment.

In the scenario, you create a membership assignment for a member's "match ticket" purchase and record the cash payment for the ticket as a Receipt against the membership billing line.  Unfortunately, the match is subsequently called-off and a full refund is paid to the member by reversing the original receipt transaction. This will now record the original receipt and reversal credit against the billing line in the Payment Plan.

Finally, the membership assignment itself is cancelled to remove it from your billing schedules and reports.
