How to Update Your Account Opening Balance or Date

To modify these details, follow these steps:Clubtreasurer Community

1. Go to Setup > Manage Accounts.
2. Open the specific account by clicking the spyglass icon.
3. Click Edit.
4. Update the Opening Balance and Opening Date as needed.
5. Click Save Changes.

Important Note: If the new opening date falls within a previous financial year, you must temporarily adjust your Financial Year-End date (Setup > Organisation) to match or precede that year. Be sure to revert this setting back to the current year once your changes are saved.
