About Budgets
Budgets help you plan and manage your finances and cash-flow by setting income and expenditure targets for specific periods or activities.
Budget reporting allows you to monitor actual performance against expectations, ensuring better control over spending and helping your club achieve its financial goals.
Use the Budget feature to:
- Set one or multiple budgets over different timeframes (typically annual).
- Set budgets by Parent Codes, Cost Codes, or Events
- Create budgets for whole period or monthly
- Create multiple versions of your budgets to model different scenarios
- Create new budgets by copying existing budgets or actual amounts
- Compare your budgets against different budgets, budget versions, and actual values
