Clubtreasurer Affiliate Partner Programme

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Clubtreasurer Affiliate Partner Programme ("the Programme"). By registering as an Affiliate, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Affiliate Partner Requirements

To join the Programme, an Affiliate Partner ("Affiliate") must:

• Be a real individual or legally incorporated organisation.
• Maintain an active Affiliate account.
• Supply accurate and current payment or voucher delivery details.

1.2 Referral Eligibility

A referred customer ("Referee") must:

• Be a new customer, not having held any previous Clubtreasurer subscription.
• Purchase a qualifying annual subscription (Essentials, Complete, or other eligible annual plans).
• Use the Affiliate's unique Referral Code at the point of purchase.

Monthly subscriptions or plan upgrades do not qualify.

1.3 Self-Referrals

• Self-referrals are not allowed.
• Affiliates cannot earn rewards for organisations in which they already act as the Primary Contact.

2. Referral Rewards

2.1 Reward Amount

Affiliates earn £25 for each new customer's first-year annual subscription purchased using their referral code.

2.2 Reward Format

Affiliates may choose:

• Cash payments (paid via the method agreed with Clubtreasurer), or
• Vouchers (e.g., Amazon, Love2Shop, or other available partners).

2.3 Payment Schedule

• Rewards are paid monthly.
• Rewards are paid only after the Referee has successfully purchased an annual subscription.
• Refunds or cancellations will void the associated reward.

2.4 No Limits

• There is no limit to the number of customers an Affiliate can refer.
• Each successful referral earns one reward.

3. Referral Codes & Tracking

3.1 Unique Referral Code

Affiliates receive a unique Referral Code, which they may distribute publicly (websites, social media, newsletters) or privately (direct messages, personal contacts). Affiliates can be allocated additional Referral Codes if required.

3.2 Tracking & Attribution

• A referral is only attributed when the Referee enters the Referral Code during sign-up or checkout.
• Codes cannot be applied retrospectively after the initial purchase.

3.3 Trial Period Limitation

Where applicable:

• Referral Codes must be entered before or during the Referee's trial.
• Codes added after the Referee has converted to a paid subscription will not qualify.

4. Programme Rules & Limitations

4.1 Marketing Conduct

Affiliates may not:

• Use misleading claims about Clubtreasurer's features or pricing.
• Run paid ads that imply "official" Clubtreasurer ownership.
• Use spam, unsolicited email blasts, or deceptive promotion.

4.2 One Reward per Customer

Each eligible organisation counts once toward the Affiliate's commission.

4.3 Offer Combining

Referral rewards cannot be combined with:

• The Clubtreasurer "Enterprise" multi-buy discount
• The Clubtreasurer "Refer a Friend" Programme
• Any other promotional or partner discounts

4.4 Fraud & Abuse

Clubtreasurer reserves the right to withhold commissions pending review, reverse commissions, or remove the Affiliate from the Programme if suspected misuse or prohibited activity occurs.

5. Payments

5.1 Payment Methods

• Cash payments may be made via bank transfer or another agreed method.
• Voucher rewards will be delivered via email.

5.2 Minimum Payout Thresholds

If applicable, Clubtreasurer may set minimum payout amounts. Any threshold will be communicated in advance.

5.3 Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on earnings.

6. Support & Disputes

6.1 Support

For missing or disputed referrals, Affiliates must:

• Submit a support email to support@clubtreasurer.com.
• Provide any evidence requested (e.g., screenshots, referral links, timestamps).

6.2 Final Authority

Clubtreasurer retains final decision-making authority on referral eligibility, reward qualification, and programme interpretation.

7. Amendments & Termination

Clubtreasurer may, at any time, modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme. Changes will be communicated through the Clubtreasurer website or via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Clubtreasurer is not responsible for:

• Lost income due to Programme changes or downtime
• Technical issues that temporarily affect referral tracking
• Errors caused by Affiliate misuse of referral links or codes

Participation is at your own risk.

9. Acceptance

By joining the Clubtreasurer Affiliate Partner Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
