Receipts and Payments are where you will probably spend most of your time in Clubtreasurer. As treasurer or bookkeeper recording your receipt and payment activities is a key part of your role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can enter multiple Transaction Lines<\/strong> within a single Receipt\/Payment <\/strong>batch if you need to split out and allocate related transactions<\/span> across different Cost Codes<\/strong>, Funds<\/strong>, Events<\/strong> and Members<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udc49 Important<\/strong>: Receipt\/Payment batches share the same Account<\/strong>, Date<\/strong>, Pay-in\/Payment, Invoice<\/strong>, and Reconciliation<\/strong> details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can also combine Receipt and Payment Transaction Lines<\/strong> in a Receipt\/Payment batch.
